  • Hi there,

have you already tried to enable the debug mode and checked the messages in the browser console? Please check out the section “The plugin is not working, what can I do?” here
    https://weweave.net/products/wp-ajaxify-comments/frequently-asked-questions/.

Maybe this helps to configure the plugin’s selectors to work with your theme.

    Best regards

    Thanks for the reply,
at the moment I replaced the WordPress comment component with a plugin.
In the future if I will maybe evaluate to diagnose or try again this extension.

On my point of view is bad that WordPress show error message in a new page so a plugin as yours is very useful when works.

I installed now your plugin in another website that use another theme (Customzr) and works.

Issue only with Hestia theme, in any case I resolved with Hestia using another plugin for now but I will keep an eye on this in the case I will maybe switch also the Hestia website.

Thanks again for your support and for this useful plugin!

@weweave I returned to your plugin.
    Activated the debug I get:

[WP Ajaxify Comments] Found error state X-WPAC-ERROR header. undefined wp-ajaxify-comments.js:87:17
[WP Ajaxify Comments] Comment has not been posted wp-ajaxify-comments.js:87:17
[WP Ajaxify Comments] Try to extract error message (selector: 'p:parent')... wp-ajaxify-comments.js:87:17
[WP Ajaxify Comments] Error message '<strong>Errore</strong>: compila i campi necessari.' successfully extracted

Any idea on how I can resolve?

Seems I have a similar problem that was discussed here.

If you wanna test my page, debug is active: https://www.peopleinside.it/2022/07/04/fedez-achille-lauro-orietta-berti-mille-official-video/

@weweave I partially resolved the issue: the error was showed but was too on top to be seen. In the plugin settings I set the Margin top (px) to 80 and now for desktop works.

For mobile is still not working well because message are to on top.
    I don’t see a field to customize on mobile…

Ok set a z index more higth and now all seems works!
    Great!
