no error return

English is not my language so…
i’m in developpement and since i done the last upgrade, it’s like constant value of ‘WP_DEBUG’ is false, so no error return from my xdebug.
Value of WP_DEBUG is define as true in my config .
xdebub restart work when i desactivate the plugin…
Is it normally?
