• Hello all,

Not sure what I’m doing wrong so hoping one of you can help! I have created a recurring event, and it displays just fine in my events listing on the front end of my website. But in the back end, no individual instances of the recurring event appear in ‘events.’ Also, if you click through any of the recurring events from the front end, I get a 404 page (so there’s no events page created for recurring events?).

Oddly, if I go to events it tells me I have published 55 events. This is true — I have a single one-off event (which works fine) and 54 instances of a recurring event (which aren’t displayed but are counted). Any ideas? I’ve searched the forums and have not been able to find anyone else with this issue :/

    Thanks very much,
    Kaitlin

  • You could try flushing your permalinks.

WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
Don’t change anything, just click “Save Changes”.

Hi Patrick, thanks for the suggestion! Alas, it doesn’t seem to have done the trick ?? But you think the issue is something with my general site settings rather than with Events Manager?

Hi again: In case anyone else has this issue, it appeared to have been a conflict with the WPML plugin, which aids translation. Now I just need to figure out why it’s conflicting so I can get them both to work ??
