    A quick run down:
? I accidentally installed Events Manager while I had another events plugin installed.
? Completely uninstalled all event plugins, and deleted all automated “events” pages.
? Installed Events Manager like new.
? I have not changed any user permission, or other settings after the new plugin reinstall.
? Events appear on the public “events” page
? New Locations, Tags, and categories are listed in the Admin side of the site too (The lists that are like the default post and pages tables).
? It’s a locally stored site, hence no links to offer access.
? I’ve consulted Events Manager’s Troubleshooting Guide – No cache plugins, no edited posting privledges.

The issue: On the User/Admin side of my site, events are not shown.

You can see something reads my new post (it says 1 event exists) but never shows it. I’ve clicked on show all, only published, show old and new events etc… nothing changes.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this? It’d be a shame to ditch this plugin because of an odd glitch on my end. Thank you.

maybe you can try to use reset button at Events > Settings > General > Admin Tools > Uninstall/Reset > Reset

I have same problem. I am almost sure, that my template (Elegant theme’s DIvi) causes this matter, because when i changed the previous template the events were disappeared. The event sites cannot use the another options of this template too. Have i any chance to use Event manager under DIVI? ??

I’ve installed from scratch but I’ve also done this with no result.

Oh, what horrible luck. I’m running Divi too. I switched to WP’s 2015 theme and the event is now listed… Does this mean it’s a Divi issue or Events Manager issue? I’ll post this in ElegantTheme’s support forum to see what they have to say. Thanks for sharing the info.

    Edit:
This is an issue on ElegantThemes’ side. Click here for details. netweblogic offers a temporary fix, which I’ve quoted below.

OK, so I’ve found the conflict point from our side, which is the fact that we use ‘scope’ in WP_Query, and Divi probably started using that variable too hence the conflict.

We’ve been using that variable for many years now, so we can’t change it. The other option aside from Divi changing the use of that is disabling the use of that variable when dealing with our Post Types. A dev from ET should help out with this.

I created a small snippet which disables the parse_query we hook into so there’s a working fix meantime. It allows you to see the events, but scope/category filters won’t work anymore on that page.

You could paste that in Divi’s functions.php file, but keep in mind that if they don’t fix it in another update, you’ll need to repaste.

Ideally in an upcoming update this’ll get fixed and will be removed on update automatically.
