No Export possible

    Hi there,
    I was trying to export my WordPress comments using your plugin so I can import them into my new wordpress installation. However, nothing is showing up under articles and exported files are empty. I have updated to the latest version and use WordPress 4.9.1. I don’t use WooCommerce but I have about 260 comments for wordpress posts. Eg.: https://www.beats24-7.com/product/knights-of-trap-free-drum-kit/
    I use Digital Downloads as e-commerce system, is that a problem? Thank you!

  • Hi @beats247,

    This plugin exports comments from wp_comments table, which is WordPress default comments table. EDD plugin may not be storing comments in the same table which is why it is unable to export. Please check accordingly.
