No FAQs appear! Is there a conflict?

    I’m a newb. Here’s my URL for now:

    I’m using Google Chrome and MSIE.

    I fired up the plugin, found a Youtube tutorial that walks me through:
    -creating a topic
    -adding FAQs to the topic
    So I did that. The tutorial ended there. Your own FAQ Manager FAQ just gives me shortcodes.

    I started with the [faq] shortcode on a new page. Nothing appears from the plugin! The area where my FAQs should be is blank. If I use [faqlist] or [faqcombo] I get FAQs that appear (not the format I want), but nothing works with just the [faq] command.

    My dashboard has a separate FAQ function that I presume is native to WordPress– not from your plugin– that accepts FAQS and only those get displayed with the [faq] command. I get the lovely clickable-collapsible list of FAQs, but I can’t change the order. That’s why I loaded your plugin– I want to change the order. But while your plugin allows me to change the order, I can’t for the life of me figure out what thingies to type to make the FAQs appear in collapsible format. From my newb view, it looks like the native [faq] function of the dashboard overrides the [faq] function of your plugin.

    So… I want the order of my FAQs adjustable that your plugin does, and I want the collapsible format that the native(?) FAQ dash item gives. But I can’t figure out how to have both. Help!

    I never got any response to this query. I gave up and settled with non-collapsible FAQs.
