No fb and instagram feed

    Hello,
    this morning suddendly the fb and instagram feeds do not work any more.

    The error message is:

    I have searched the forum and found clearing the cache is a possibility. I have tried that with no results. The tokens and ID are okay for both feeds.

    Can you help? That would be great.

    When I click to view the site it says it’s password protected. Possibly that has something to do with the sudden error messages?

    Feeds are running well again. Can it be the API restrictions of fb or Instagram? I don’t think so because the site is closed to public.

    It’s possible if you are working on the site and reloading the pages a lot of times in a row that the api is hitting the limit and in turn not showing the feed. We are actually in the middle of creating a fix for all the feeds to still return the last set of images/posts even if the limit has been reached. We hope to have this pushed in the coming week or so.
