No featured image in feed

Hi Feedzy,
For a client we’re using the free version of RSS Aggregator by Feedzy.
I have checked the feed in question on SimplePie and the images do display on SimplePie.
But on the client’s website using RSS Aggregator by Feedzy the featured images are not showing up in the feed.
We are using the Elementor RSS Aggregator by Feedzy widget to insert a feed from another website on the client’s website.
I have also set up the feed import options in the Feedzy options in the WordPress dashboard – and set the [#item_image] magic tag according to your Feedzy Troubleshooting Guide.
But still: No images in the feed display.
