No Featured Image Option Available

I am using Woocommerce, but there is no option or ability to set a featured image. I’ve tried it with other themes and it has worked, so I think it might be caused by this theme. I have the latest version and I haven’t altered the code in any way. When I check the store, the products just show up as a blank white images where the featured images should be.

Does anyone know how I can add the featured image option?
