    Getting the message:

This message is only visible to admins:

No tweets found for your selected feed sources.

“Make sure there are tweets available on Twitter that fit your settings and then clear your cache using the button found on the Settings page. It’s also possible that you’re encountering a limitation of our new system for updating feeds. For more information on limitations due to the Twitter API changes effective April 2023,?visit this page.”

Non-admins see “Twitter feed is not available at the moment.”

Its unclear if you have fixed the free option for feeds or we are still waiting on a fix?

    Hi David,

Thank you for contacting us! With the latest free version of the plugin you should be able to create a feed. I tried this on a test site with the free version on my end and I was able to display a feed for @CECOPS.

If you were previously using a version of the plugin from before Twitter’s removal of access to their API, there may be a conflict with older saved settings. In this case you could try going to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins, fully deactivating and deleting the plugin, and then doing a fresh install.

If this does not resolve the issue, please send us a support request here with the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Best regards,
    Louis

This was a freshly installed plugin so I have sent a support request with System Info and await their reply.
