No feed – JSL3 Facebook Wall Feed

I′m setting up a wordpress site for a customer (https://www.facebook.com/Veterinarenivallentuna.se?fref=ts) and made my own APP ID and the added the facebook ID of my customer: 665334123495744
The result is no feed/blank – only the topbox “Facebook Status” shows
If I instead put the facebook ID: https://www.facebook.com/Veterinarenivallentuna.se?fref=ts, I get a red box with some strange text/code.
Where did I go wrong?
