Thank you for your advice. Here is the link to my contact form.

This is due to CSS styling applied to standard HTML form elements within your current WordPress theme & perhaps some plugins you are using.

??Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine the HTML and CSS of your CF7 form in detail. Once you understand how the HTML and CSS is configured in your CF7 form, you should be able to see the CSS changes you need to change the appearance of the form to suit your requirements.

I had a quick look and saw several items that are hiding your “fill-in boxes”.

See Styling Contact Form for a general explanation of styling CF7 forms using CSS.

There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article on Styling Contact Form 7 Forms. The article shows people, with suitable HTML & CSS skills, how to change the appearance of their Contact Form 7 Forms to meet their particular requirements.

Buzztone, thanks so much for your advice.
I’m novice to HTML & CSS, so may need further advice from you or the forum. But I’ll try first. Thanks so much again.

Buzztone, I tried the Styling Contact Form as your suggestion. But no idea how to fix it.
To test the theme working with the plugin or not, so I tried adding subdirectory, and then uploaded the same theme (Make) with the Contact Form 7 plugin. The outcome form looks normal with fill-in boxes. So this should prove that this contact form can be fit with the Make Theme. (https://www.thailandautopart.com/th/contact-us)

So I came back to work with the problem page, by deleting and uploading the contact form plugin again. But it’s still not worked.
    ** No fill-in boxes shown in https://www.thailandautopart.com/drop-inquiry

Another Try. Then I changed to several themes. The form came out normal with fill-in boxes.

So I can’t figure out how to solve this problem. If anyone can help, it’ll be great!

Your extra playing around with this just confirms the original advice I gave you. You have problems in the CSS styling in the theme you are using.

If you do not want to change themes and don’t yourself ??have adequate CSS skills to solve the CSS problems in your theme, then you may need to consider paying someone else to solve the issues in your theme.

??My quick investigation via Firebug showed far too many problems for me to try to offer you any further advice.
