No field for country?

Sure, can add a country field .. the intention originally was that the ‘State’ field would broadly take the role of the main region that the city resides in — state, province, arrondissment, country, territory, S.A.R., protectorate, etc. — since Google’s geocoder locates them all the same. Originally adding each of these fields, of course, would have over-complicated things .. but look out for an update in that regard.
