No Field Name Attribute visible

Just installed this and wanted to add a phone number field. I referred to your Youtube on this. The Field Name Attribute is not showing in the Field Group menu. Do I have to purchase something to see this? If so, I see no links for this. I was hoping to get this completed quickly, don’t really have time to puzzle this out. Guess I’ll just have to move on.
