Hristina, please try to check if your web user has permissions to write into the plugins folder.

It has. The permission of the folder is 775

Can you go to the plugin path, enter the plugin folder and see if the resource.cgn is there?

Yes its there. In the configuration Resource path doesn`t save the path.

If the file is there then you don’t need to worry. Try to make a transaction if you already configured everything else and the SSL is installed on your server.

I tried and it says NOT INITIALIZED.

That’s because you’re SSL is not installed properly.

My testing is on shared host, is there any chance this to be the problem?

That shouldn’t be a problem as long as you have the SSL installed properly.
