“No file was uploaded” when editing details

    Hello!

    When a user tries to edit details of profile, it gets the error message “No file was uploaded.”. For example, if the user tries to just edit its Name, it gets this error. As if the page was expecting to upload a file to update the Profile Image. If the user tries to update the Profile Image then it saves correctly.

    I see that other user got the same error days before. Is it a known issue you are working around?
