To make outbound links noindex, you can use the link mask generator for masking outbound links.

First, add the keyword and URL in the link mask generator.

Then, go the deeplink juggernaut, then add the keyword and in the link destination, the link mask option should appear, then you can assign a keyword to go to example.com/out/masked link when your real link is whatever it is.

We used to have the link masking feature on the page level, but applied it to global settings “so you could use the deeplink juggernaut” in tandem.
