no follow tag in shortcode?

  • Can someone tell me how to make a no follow link in a shortcode inside a button? there is no “a ref” so not sure where to put the tag.

    I mean the buttons are inside a table made in Tablepress–it does not have the Insert Shortcode thing and menus, so needs to be hand-coded.
