No 'forgot password' dialogues appearing on page with password reset form

Since I was unable to automatically generate a reset password link on a login form, I created a reset password page with the shortcode [wp-members page=”password”]
However, when using this page to reset a password, I’m not seeing the dialogue that I setup in the backend, on the wp-members settings, for when an email hasn’t been found, or the “successfully reset password” message.

How can I make these dialogues appear?
