No form or shortcode displayed

    Hi

    I would like to try this plugin on a clients site I’m building before purchasing the pro version but for some reason nothing will display after I save changes, no shortcode or no form on the page.
    Also when I try to preview the form before publishing it nothing is displayed in the pop-up box.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins and switching to a default WP theme but still same results. I have also tried changing scripts in the troubleshooting area and nothing still.

    Any idea what might be causing this?

    Hi,

    Could you check the URL defined as website URL in the menu option “Settings/General” of WordPress, or the redirection through the .htaccess file, please? WordPress is identifying as the website’s URL: https://xcurrent.org, and not the https://wordpress-help-desk.xcurrent.org/, so, the plugin is not able to load the required js files.

    I’m sorry I was redirecting the homepage another website website while working on other pages, I just removed the redirect and it fixed the issue again sorry about that..
