No forms after installation of plugin? Can't do setup, and no calendar…

Hi, folks,

I’m using WordPress 4.3.1 running Weaver Xtreme theme Version: 1.3, with the following plugins:
Weaver Xtreme Theme Support Version 1.3; WP Retina 2x Version 3.5.2; Akismet Version 3.1.4 UNACTIVATED.

I have installed and uninstalled All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly Version 2.3.4 several times now, and each time, everything appears to go very smoothly. Once I go to the Settings item under Events, I get the screen shown in Time-ly_Image001.jpg (attached) instead of the screen I was EXPECTING to see as shown in Time-ly_Image002.jpg (this was installed on the WordPress site for the non-profit org that I volunteer at, and seems to work very well there, which is why I chose it for my personal artist site).

None of the links on this page work, so I am stuck here — I can do some things, but I can’t set up the calendar at all.

I have read the User Guide and read through the support forums and done a search on this issue, and tried all the suggested solutions like uninstalling and reinstalling, manually installing, disabling all the plug-ins and checking the Time.ly settings item again, to no avail.

What am I doing wrong??
