No Forms Found

I installed this plugin to help me and my team sort through our contacts that fill out our monthly contest form. When I installed the plugin it was super easy and seemed to be working until I tried to find our forms and none were detected. Can someone please help with this! All the other reviews seem good and I am really anxious to use it as we have a contest starting in two days.
