    Hi,

    Thanks,

I cannot understand this plugin is here when there is no basic version available without paying anything for using it.

Your issue is with WP, not this plugin. The plugin is rightfully here.

You need an API to utilize their service.

The service is *outstanding*. I have NEVER had customer service like this. Blogvault keeps multiple backups of my site that has 65,000 members and thousands of pages. They have helped me move and restore my site with literally a few clicks. I am a publisher, not a tech person, and Blogvault is terrific for me. They take care of the “tech stuff” while I can focus on publishing and expanding the audience of my site.

I am glad they are here and do not begrudge paying for *outstanding service*. This isn’t just a plugin – it’s service that goes with it, including frequent improvements and updates. In fact, they gave me an early release of a plugin because we were in the process of a major site move. They made sure we were as secure as could be.

In 10+ years, I have never had such service at this.

I can’t find any costs at all. How much is it, please?
