No Free Version description – you have to install to find out nearly all locked

  • The plugin description lists all the Pro Version features and doesn’t tell you what you get in the free plugin. On their website pricing comparisons, they don’t list the free to compare to their various paid plans. So there is no way of knowing what you will get just downloading THIS plugin from wordpress.

    I have a need for ONE very simple poll for about 2 weeks. Buying a subscription plugin is not worth it for me today, I’ll just skip the poll.

    So now I had to waste my time installing the free plugin and trying to build what I want only to find out nearly everything is locked down.

    This is a real big pet peeve of mine. This FREE page should tell me what I get for FREE. Then if you want, tell me what I will get additionally if I upgrade.

    Thanks for your comments and feedback. Sorry that our listing page did not make clear the functionality included in our free and premium versions of the plugin. While our lite version of Formidable Forms is quite robust, there is much that can only be done using a premium version of the plugin.

    We will make updates to our listing pages to make this more clear so others can more easily see what is included in the premium and lite versions of the plugin.

    Sorry again that our lite plugin did not meet your needs.
