We are unable to reproduce any issues related to settings not being saved and we haven’t received any recent reports, so we suspect that you may be experiencing either a server side issue or a plugin/theme conflict.
We would really recommend disabling your other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to confirm if there is a conflict occurring.
