Hi alehendrix,
I’m assuming that you have enabled the debug log? If not then please do that.
If the debug log is enabled then please check the debug log and let me know (copy and paste) the entries for one of your orders. If you have only just enabled the debug log then you will need to wait for your next order.
The debug log is found in WooCommerce > System status > Logs > wc-ac-hook-*
Along with the entries from the debug log, please can you confirm the settings you have for ‘Add/Update Contact’ and ‘Track Order Status’ found in WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > WC-AC Hook
Once I have that I can explain the reason for the tags not appearing.
You can enter a ‘Default Tag’ in the wc-ac-hook settings (which will be applied to all orders) or you can enter a product specific tag (under Product Data > Advanced > ActiveCampaign Tag). If you are using WooCommerce tags then you will need to copy them to the ActiveCampaign Tag field (if you wanted to use those tags). Currently the plugin only uses the product tags in the specific ActiveCampaign Tag field (rather than using any WooCommerce Category or Tag field).
