Most of the users who test the plugins are not experts to know that something happens because a related product makes changes, we only test and if it does not work or we do not get a way to make it work or information about it, we can only comment on the experience and it will always be in a negative way out of the obvious.

I only reinstalled it because another plugin with the same functionality had the same problem, which I understood that something would have to be over-configured, but this translates into a loss of time for us, which is still negative and therefore justified the assessment
It is not only about a plugin, it is about good support and information behind it, not only because of the time, it is the annoyances, the frustration etc … which are details that must be taken into account, and with so many plugins on the market, I believe that it is more productive for you to make you see through my experience the negative things that your product has so that you are aware and put a solution that makes your product much more competitive
