No GA4 data since September

    I have my GA4 property setup and connected to your plugin to start collecting data whilst I continue to use UA as my main analytics and I’ve just noticed that since the 10th September GA4 stopped collecting data.

    I have tried resetting the connection and clearing the cache but it’s not working still. Any ideas?

    I am on WordPress v6.1, Woo v7.0.0 and v5.8.1 of your plugin.

    Is Dual Tracking selected under Tracking code section?

    The problem is that when I select Dual Tracking I get double page views in GA4.

    That was because you’ve also hard paired (associated) the UA property under analytics.google.com to your GA4 property.

    You either keep them unpaired and use dual tracking or paired and use Google Analytics 3 tracking.

    ah perfect, I have used Google Analytics 3 and can it tracks just one page view as expected. Thanks, will mark it as resolved.
