No Google indexing?

I do not need password protect the site. We have besides production also a staging (test) site. We use it to test settings and plugins before we put it into production. Unfortunately we just realized that same users made orders in this staging site because Google indexed it and user found it in search and not knowing that this is not a production. We implemented Under Construction plugin but we do not want Google has the site indexed. The best functionality would be preventing indexing of everything and redirect all requests to a different URL. It would be nice if you could implement something like that into your plugin. We do not need to protect files. Thanks.
