• I’ve a basic usage of the plugin with the twenty twenty two theme.
    When I add the code in a page, I see the grid in the editor
    but when the page is published, I’ve juste the images without columns …
    I have to add an empty native gallery for activing the 5 columns rendering

    <!-- wp:real-media-library/gallery {"fid":3,"columns":5,"linkTo":"attachment","align":"full"} /-->

    <!-- wp:gallery {"linkTo":"none"} -->
    <figure class="wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped"></figure>
    <!-- /wp:gallery -->

    is there a way to have a normal rendering without adding an empty native gallery?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @ljvd !

    Unfortunately, I do not understand correctly.

    Can you please send a short screencast video showing how to reproduce the issue?

    Hi again @ljvd !

    Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue on my end. What other plugins are you using? What WordPress version have you installed?

    Thanks @mguenter for the assistance.

    Due to the issue, for the test only this plugin is active, the free version
    About WP, it’s the common 5.9.3 …
    Yep, it’s pretty weird, probably some JS issue, I don’t understand …

    Hi again @ljvd!

    What theme do you have active? I just did a few tests on multiple WordPress instances and I cannot reproduce the issue. There must be something other inferring.

    @mguenter
    Twenty Twenty-Two, for my test, I also chose the most common environment …

    @mguenter You cannot access a forum user’s site ever. You read the prohibition wrong and I archived your reply.

    @mguenter @ljvd Please confirm that @mguenter has NOT accessed your site. If that is the case they may not be banned from the forums for that.

    @mguenter While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

    If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

    Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

    We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

    When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    Hi again @ljvd !

    As @jdembowski has already described, it is not allowed to provide admin access via www.ads-software.com.

    @mguenter @ljvd Please confirm that @mguenter has NOT accessed your site. If that is the case they may not be banned from the forums for that.

    No, I have not accessed any site of @ljvd ??

    To the issue itself:

    @ljvd can you please create a sandbox via https://wpsandbox.net/ and try to reproduce the issue on a plain installation? Also, pleases send the URL to the page where you have created the gallery block.

    Regards
    Matthew ??

    Hello all,

    For @jdembowski

    @mguenter @ljvd Please confirm that @mguenter has NOT accessed your site. If that is the case they may not be banned from the forums for that.

    All’s fine, @mguenter has NOT accessed to my site.

    For @mguenter

    During this time, I discovered some malfunctions on the server side.
    I opened a ticket, my host had changed access rights during a security update. This is probably the explanation.
    I’m going to redo a clean installation of WP to restart my tests. I will keep you informed.

    Thank you all for your time and effort, it is what makes WP strong and successful.
