No header displays after latest update

    After updating Custom Community to current version, 2.0.20 My site title and tag line do not display. In the customizer under Title and tag line I have display header text checked. Under header I have display header, all options checked. The only time the title/tag line shows up is if I put my front page as my “latest post” this is not a blog, I have no posts. How can I get the title/tag line to show up as a header on every page when I have the front page set to static?????

  • I might have a similar problem: I’m using a header image, but it won’t show up on pages, only on the blog. It has to be somewhere in the theme options I guess. I might be searching later on, but if meanwhile someone has a hint, I would appreciate ??

    just to leave a note… it seems that it is some sort of caching problem. After unchecking it all in the “Display Header” section, save, and re-check everything header is finally showing up on my pages.

    Thank you sinitita!! that totally did the trick!!
    I thought I tried everything.

    Which “Display Header” section? Are you using the pro version.
    The standard version having no longer special options. Only the theme customize options.

    Found it. The Pro version is not needed. Just uncheck all items where you control the sections where the header is displayed.

    jellox thanks for the input… sinitia answered that earlier in the forum. All working fine now.
