no header menu when using categories as pages

    In my menu I use some pages and some categories as pages. When you click on a category it takes you to that page but the header menu disappears. On the pages that are just pages, the header is present. Thank you in advanced for your help!

    Could you please go and check whether you’ve assigned Main to “Main Menu”?

    Appearance -> Menus -> Manage Location tab

    My Main Menu is set to Primary Menu which is the menu I created with all the categories as pages

    Hi @empowerlifteats,

    It seems the menu issue appeared only on categories pages. Have you changed any theme files. Could you try to disable all plugins one by one and see if that fix this issue?

    Hi sorry I got busy over the holidays but I need to revisit this now. The issue is still unresolved. disabling plugins did not work. Any other ideas?
