    I bought the plugin a few weeks ago and am experiencing a problem. I made a ticket on your site but after almost 3 weeks there’s been no response.

    Can you please get back to me. I do not wish to, but I will need to refund the purchase if I can’t get help on this matter.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
