No Hover Effects categories

    I’m in the process of building my site and just installed the Hover Effects plugin. Unfortunately there are no categories listed. I uninstalled/reinstalled the program in the event something went wrong with the upload, but it didn’t fix the issue. It appears as if all other functions are working, I just can’t pick a category because there are none listed. I’m using Headway to build my WordPress site, perhaps it’s not compatable? Please advise.

    Clearly I’m a newb. After following the online tute I realize I’m asking the wrong question.
