No HTML editing of descriptions?

I’m trying to add HTML to individual photo gallery alt/title, as well. So far no luck.

Found it, thanks. But that’s the description for the whole gallery. I was hoping to format the description below the items. The text is always left justified and full width. I’d like to have it centered and insert line breaks.

The image description part supports the following HTML tags:
<b>,<p>,<a>,<strong>,<span>,<br>,<ul>,<li>
