• No ‘human’ support just FAQ and chatbot – I’m systematically sent to an FAQ page. Despite the fact that I have a paid subscription, I have no way of being assisted in configuring the pro version of this extension correctly. Since I installed it, I’ve not only seen no improvement in my SEO, but worse still, my images, which used to be correctly indexed, are no longer. As for my articles, they’re lost in Google’s results despite the fact that in most cases they’re optimized at an average of 80%… Even with the free Yoast version, I haven’t had as many indexing problems. I’m really on it, if the situation doesn’t improve in the next few days I’ll be turning to Rank Math too, because at least they’re always there to assist their customers and don’t just refer them to help pages… Too bad!

    ??Hi,

I’m sorry to hear about the frustrating situation you are facing.

I would like to start by saying that we actually don’t have any bots or chatbots, and all communications are done by real people. In all 10 years of activity, we never had any bots, and we don’t have any plans to add them either.

From what you describe, it sounds like you are facing some indexing issues. Would you mind sending us a few screenshots from GSC for the images and pages you are referring to? Also, go to SEO Audit, and run an audit to see what Squirrly SEO has to say about the pages.

Lastly, can you let me know which FAQs are you referring to? So I can look into our previous conversations and get a bit more context about this.

No worries, we’ll get to the bottom of this.

Thanks for the quick reply, I did the audit as you recommended and everything is at zero point after two weeks of using your plugin. To date I haven’t seen any improvement, in fact the opposite since my articles and associated images are almost lost in the Google search results. Yet the average optimization score for most of my articles is 85%.

I’d be happy to take screenshots of the problems I’m citing here, but how and where should I send them to you? It would have been more useful if I’d had a technician on your site’s support page or via your e-mail address: [email protected]. Thank you in advance for your reply and have a nice day!

Feel free to send the screenshots to send the emails here and we’ll help you sort it out. If the SEO Audit is 0 or 1, it indeed means that the pages are not indexing. It would be also be really helpful to learn what your website is to further look into it.

And no worries, if escalation to our developer team will be required that will be done without any questions.

Hello Peter and thank you for your reply,

As you suggested I sent an email to Squirrly support with screenshots. So far I haven’t had any reply from them, but it shouldn’t be long, at least I hope not, as I don’t really want to change SEO plugins again.

    Best regards,
