No images

  • I’m testing around and had the idea of making a shop, but my problem is when I edit what picture will be shown when you select the product it just showing a white placeholder for an image. It’s showing an image when I choose colors but not showing one in general.

    Did you use the latest version 1.0.0.5 to import this product?

    I have just checked its Version 1.0.0.5
    For some reason, if I just touch and modify the product, I always end up without an image.

    Because product images are downloaded in the background so please do not edit a product until all of its images are downloaded. I think your site downloads images quite slow.

    wouldn’t I be able to see the images from which I can choose if the weren’t downloaded?
    I can’t believe that because when I look at my gallery, all the pictures are there, after I imported the product.

    For example, I have a product and I only chose one picture to be shown as the product image… 1 image only, even after 2-3 minutes of waiting for it(to be downloaded), it’s still not showing the image, it’s only broken when I edit the product in any way.

    I#v just managed to make it work, I had to edit the product after I imported it and re-select the image, then it works. It’s still a workaround but not a solution and I have to take care of a product twice this way :c

    Ok maybe its the problem with the system status, My values are below the recommended ones. So how do I increase PHP Max Input Vars and Memory Limit?

    OK, I just crashed my site by trying to increase the values^^

    I can not say what exactly causes your problem but here are some cases:
    – You change something in your cron, the background process is based on cron to work
    – Your server is weak or your connection is slow, images from AliExpress are quite heavy
