I really hope that you will take time to respond to me. So far I’m extremely underwhelmed by the WPPool team! On the day I purchased the ultimate version they were lovely and responsive. I asked them to help me with a few custom changes and they told me all those changes came with an extra support charge. Fair enough, understandable. However I asked them to have a look at why the background image doesn’t show in dark mode, even though it has been specified in the additional CSS section and why the plugin is unresponsive to further style changes. Ever since then all they responded that any help with the background picture should come with an extra charge, then they stopped responding over all! I even had to ask for a refund because at this point I won’t be able to use this plugin if the background image doesn’t show in dark mode and the additional CSS feature doesn’t work at all. That was the reason and the customer support why I purchased the ultimate version in the first place. I found it infuriating that your team doesn’t respond to customer messages, not even when someone request a refund…… And really all I wanted them from the very beginning is to help me fix the issue with the dark mode background picture. And have a look why the additional CSS feature of the plugin doesn’t work. But now I see that others on this forum experience the same problem and you guys keep telling everyone to upgrade to the Ultimate version which comes with image support….. when in reality once someone buys your ultimate version you try to charge them for additional charge…. Just please help me with the background picture, so I can finally move on from this. It’s exhausting to keep sending messages to the WPPool customer services……
