I recently decided to give this plugin a go instead of a different lazy load plugin I was using. I was initially really happy with the results (it works GREAT in Safari and shows a nice boost on gtmetrix), but I forgot to test across browsers…

Now that I’ve installed it on several sites, I found out that NONE of my images are loading in Firefox 38.0.5 (Mac). I have a page filled with spinning circles that seem to indicate the images are loading, but they never do. I have the exact same problem with Chrome Version 43.0.2357.81 (64-bit) (Mac). I have not tried it on a PC.

See my shopping site for example of the problem.

Hoping you can get to this quickly as I obviously can’t leave the plugin activated for too much longer seeing as how my sites that are image heavy are dead in the water for Chrome and Firefox users on Mac (possibly PC – can’t test myself)!

Thanks so much — this plugin would be amazing if it worked across all browsers…

Decided I couldn’t leave my site up without any of the images loading – figured you’d be able to QA it on your end anyway. Had to deactivate the plugin. Tried BJ Lazy Load instead and not only is it working on all browsers, but GTmetrix scores are better and page load time is decreased by 1.36s compared to w/a3…

    Hello HowToBlog

I see that your support topic has not been updated since Nguyen’s reply to you 3 weeks ago. Trusting that means that the CloudFlare cache was the issue and clearing it resolved your issue.

I will change the topic status to resolved for you. If you are still having issues you can just update the post and we will continue to try and help.

    Regards – Steve
