Images from my homepage don’t appear on the mobile version of my site. It appears a as a text-only page with a link at the bottom to “View Full Site” – the link then leads to a version with images.

How do I ensure that visitors on mobile access the site with images in the first instance?

If they arrive at the text-only version, they’re going to think that it’s broken/old/incompatible with their browser and move on – they aren’t going to scroll to the bottom of find the link to the full site. I don’t want to lose visitors!

    Thanks!

    Hey @el-sapo,
could you please provide the URL of the website? It’ll enable me to examine the live code and give a more specific recommendation. Thanks!

Hi, the site isn’t live yet – it’s behind a ‘Coming Soon’ page. Is there a way I can send you the login details privately?

I solved this issue by changing the settings in Jetpack – specifically I turned off “Serve images from our servers”

I don’t know why this made the difference, but hopefully it will help someone else with the same problem.
