Does the site have any history of PHP snippet usage related to WPSP?

Also, can you try disabling all plugins except WPSP to check if the issue still occurs? To check if there’s any plugin conflict.

Thanks, @ejcabquina, but now I don’t know why WP doesn’t show the layout and images. I just deactivated Akismet and there was no other plugin but WPSP . Some idea???

Check if there’s a server-side or CDN-side cache of the site.
