Can you confirm you have updated to the latest version of the plugin: 2.0.3?

Yes I do. I updated the plugin this morning.

I double checked, and it says 2.0.3.

I will do some testing a little later to see if I can better understand what is happening.

I have the same problem. Just updated everything but I keep getting this message: Instagram has returned invalid data.

Same issue with me. I have tried all your suggestions Scott. public profile, transient cleaning, it did work before up until 2-3 days ago. At that point I didn’t even have the plug-in installed (someone else built my site; now he’s gone), I tried rolling back one version (no luck).

@kayquin @sb090217 this is a different issue to the one being reported here. If you need help it is best to start your own thread or join an open thread describing the same problem.

In order to provide support I need information. It would be helpful to know things like:

1. Your website address
2. Your Instagram username
3. Your plugin version
4. Your WordPress version
5. If it was working recently
6. Where your site is hosted (location geographically)
7. If you have cleaned your transients

Nevermind. Since you did no respond to my issue for nearly four days, I actually found another plugin that worked perfectly.

I have the same problem. No pics are showing, although i even deleted and installed it again. it shows the pics for a while and then they are gone again.

I get the following message displayed instead (german): Instagram hat keinen Statuscode 200 zurückgegeben.

In english: Instagram has not returned statuscode 200.

Hi, I have the widget in my right side bar and no images show. They are there, as the image info shows when i hover over where they should be, but the images are white.
The widget did work when it wasn’t in the sidebar.

I have the newest versions of everything, I only set it up today. My website is no-permanent-address.com and instagram no.permenat.address

Any help would be great thanks
