    Hi,

On our website we have a lot of galeries, all in one album. This is displayed on the ‘Fotos’ page. There are a couple of galeries which give the notive ‘no images were found’. When you’re on the page this happens with galery number 5 (https://www.theprintingmiracles.nl/fotos/nggallery/inspiratie/Geprinte-akoestische-panelen-&-geprint-tapijt–Project-Bioscoop-Beuningen-), 12, 13 and more.

I think the problem is because the name of the galery has an & sign in it. This used to be a + sign, we tried changing this. These html entities also get into the URL of the page, as you can see in the link above. When we remove the html entity from the galery title, it still remains in the URL.

There is no caching plugin active. We tried clearing the images cache from Nextgen. We tried resaving permalinks. All didn’t fix it.

    How can we fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@webmasterprd – Please try removing the gallery from the album, updating the album, then remove the album from the page it is inserted into.

Now, re-add the gallery to the album and update, then re-insert the album into the page. Clear the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous as well as any other caching plugins/services that might be used on your site.

You may still need to use an anonymous browser window to see the changes immediately although the above should help.

    Thanks!

    Hi Cais,

    Thanks for the reply!

I tried the steps above three times, but the message ‘no images were found’ is still there unfortunately. Also when I check a anonymous browser.

    Any other ideas?
