• Hello,
i switched my website, previously written with bootstrap, to wordpress.

Since then, it is very slow.

My wordpresss project has a size of 256 MB. It is not really big. Some screenshots, some pages.
I run this site on a WIndows VM with 2 cores and 4 Gig Ram, PHP 7 on IIS 8.5 and compression (Gzip)
    enabled.

I tried 3 caching plugins so far:
    W3 Total Cache
    WP Super Cache
    Comet Cache

None of these has an impact, i can say NO impact, on site performance mesaured at least by:

    https://testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com/
    https://www.webpagetest.org
    https://www.pagespeed.de/

Perhaps i do something wrong, but i am sure the cache was enabled in all test cases of the above
plugins. In each case it was the free version.

Where should i look to improve the performance of my site ?
