No import-button, no tab-settings

    Fresh installation of wordpress 4.9.1 – no other plugins. used theme: pukeko from elmastudio.

    In the elementor-library the import-button is missing.
    Tabs with settings (css, advanced etc) and tool aren’t working. By clicking on an option nothing happens.

    Tested with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
