No Import button under Redirections

    Hi. I need to import a huge list of redirects and I have the a CSV file all set up. But there is no Import & Export button in the Redirections panel. Only Export. How do I import these? You documentation is out of date if this has moved because it all shows that Import & Export button. Hope you can point me in the right direction.
