No Improvements in pagespeed

  • Disqus absolutely destroys my Pagespeed ranking and I’ve seen many people suggest DCL instead to help with that issue.

    I tried it out and didn’t see any improvements in my pagespeed.

    Is there something wrong with the plugin at the moment? Or maybe a compatibility issue with my site?

    ( DCL is currently disabled so the site doesn’t suffer too much )

    Sorry. No, plugin is not abandoned. It was updated 3 months ago. I am super busy so I couldn’t check the support forum.

    Are you using any caching plugin? If so, after setting up DCL, please clear the cache and see the page speed results. If it’s still not improving, see if the Disqus scripts are being loaded in page speed scan.
