No Index

Hi there,
Google refuse to index this page https://www.taxi-sante.fr/auvergne-rhone-alpes/savoie/chambery/
In the G Search Console, it says : Meta robots balise = noindex so Google can’t index the page.
But in the plugin parameter, everything is on”default” > index ok.
Di you have an idea what is going wrong ?
