Are you sure that there is no other plugin with an User Registration option?

Many thanks for the quick response.

We have everything set up exactly as recommended in the Docs. The user is not a bot, he is a tattoo artist who wants to register for our event using the form (created with Ultimate Member).

It doesn’t happen often either. Of 100 registrations, there are probably 4 where this occurs.

The Info you can see in the WP All Users page is saved in the usermeta table for each user ID by UM at registration with the field name submitted.

You can use phpMyAdmin to verify if this field exists for these users.
It’s a large array with the Registration Form’s fields which are serialized.

I have found the user in the database and also the associated data. But why can’t I retrieve this information in the “Info” popup?

in the “New User Notification” email the form was blank too

Sorry for the late answer. First of all, you need to do a conflict test – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test. Maybe there is some conflict between plugins.
