No information bookings (blank data)

Hello, Unfortunately it is still not possible to view the data that the customers have entered when booking. By filling in the site key and the secret key at reCAPTCHA, we no longer get an error message and bookings can be made again, but the entered data is not visible to us. I had already selected v3 of reCAPTCHA. Sorry, I didn’t understand the screenshot you sent. I saw in a report from someone else that they had the same problem with the new Booking Package update and that the problem was solved by going back to an earlier version of Booking Package. If I go back to the previous version, will I lose booking data? Thanks in advance for your help.
